You can use XFT Personnel Manager 4S4 to model your existing HR processes. This can begin in different ways, such as if an employee or their manager requests a change in working hours. Alternatively, the HR department can begin onboarding an applicant after they have been accepted. Or, the system will begin automatically if, for example, a resignation is due on a fixed date.

XFT Personnel Manager 4S4 distributes all tasks to the responsible processor. And as the software can be combined with information about your organization, it can even automatically determine the right contact. All relevant documents, e-mails, and data from your HR system are readily available. If you also use XFT Document Composer 4S4, you also gain access to templates for documents such as employment contracts. And with XFT Zeugnismanager 4S4, you can even create appropriate job references. All of these activities are carried out centrally.
