We have a diverse portfolio. Whatever your SAP background, as an XFT application or technology consultant, you will find your calling. You have a choice of three directions: business analyst, solution architect, or solution developer. Depending on the project, you can work in just one role or act as all three at the same time.
As a business analyst, you will learn to understand and analyze your customers’ needs and business processes. Your knowledge of business management and, ideally, your existing specialist and industry expertise will help you find the most economically viable solution for every customer requirement. You will gain specific knowledge about XFT products and SAP technology. You harmonize company and customer visions by identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and fulfilling specialist requirements. At the same time, you will perform the role of process manager and project coordinator.
Do you feel at home developing solution patterns for technical processes? Then join us as a solution architect. In this role, you will design architectures for application solutions. You understand terms like HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, FI, MM, PLM. And thanks to your experience with technology, technical topics, and different industries, you can quickly and simply explain them to any customer. You have long-standing experience in programming and understand and value ABAP in particular.
You showcase your excellent programming skills and inspire customers with modern designs. Using XFT software and the latest SAP technology as a basis, you develop tailor-made solutions for our customers and supervise the entire project lifecycle – from the first draft to go-live and beyond.

A course of study rooted in business or MINT acts as your springboard to consulting at XFT. Technical expertise is beneficial, but not a must – you will gain this with us. You work in a self-determined manner on meaningful challenges and continuously build on your professional expertise.
As a consultant, you are frequently on site with the customer. While there, you will gain key insights into the processes of international companies from different industries.
How often you travel depends on various factors, including the customer themselves, the project, and what stage the project is in. Typically, you spend two to three days a week on the road. However, you always stay in contact with the team at the head office. At least once a week, you will exchange ideas in person.
