How It Works

XFT Change Manager 4S4 makes it easier for your employees to strategically develop and enhance products and components. To do this, they first gather all proposed changes so the project team can evaluate them and carry out technical feasibility checks. If everything is okay, a change order is created from the proposal or request. This contains a description of the project scope, definitions of the adapted bills of materials, and updated drawings or altered production specifications.

You can manage all these tasks clearly and simply, and assign them to individual or multiple employees. This allows you to maintain an overview of the status of each task at all times. And, with the help of workflows, you can easily gain approvals, for example via a mobile interface in SAPUI5. All necessary documentation, such as specifications, sample documents, and certificates, is stored centrally by the software. This ensures that you always have full transparency over the entire change process.

Via an interface, you can transfer drawings and bills of materials that have been edited using CAD or PDM software to the logistics module of your SAP system. XFT Change Manager 4S4 automates this process ­– so you can work without interruption and finally hand over the agreed changes to your production facilities.
